The mission of the Lutheran Hour Float Committee is to provide a Christian witness and the message of hope in Jesus Christ to the unchurched, who view the float in person or through other media. The Lutheran Hour Float is a project of the Southern California District of the International Lutheran Laymen's League. Lutheran Hour Ministries has been sponsoring a Christian float in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade for the past 61 years.
